We really enjoyed our stay. Location was great with the added benefit of parking (£4 or £5 per day can’t quite remember). Breakfast was cooked great, no grease and a very generous portion with a fair continental offering. The bar was reasonably priced. They asked if we needed any extras for the room on morning two, like milk, coffee etc. we found the mattress was slightly soft for our preference but it wouldn’t put us off staying again. You can see Sylvia and her team are doing their best and we thought it was spotless. The towels, bedding smelled so fresh.

Stayed here late January, after travelling from London, for a tribute band festival, at Winter Gardens. Initially booked for Wilson Hotel but cancelled as it was a bombsite, and fillthy (see review on their page) We were left stranded, at 8pm, on a Friday night, and after a bit of research, came across this lovely little hotel. It was what you'd kinda expect from a "nice" Blackpool hotel. Narrow stairs, smaller rooms, etc.... but still nice. Staff were super friendly, hotel was spotless, and overall, id definitely recommend this hotel. They had a pool table that my son and I played on the first night, and drinks in the bar were reasonably priced. We called in a takeaway and they gave us plates, cutlery etc. Very friendly and welcoming. It's not a criticism as such, but try and be on time for breakfast. We were late one day (completely our fault!! We were out the night before) and I think our breakfasts were reheated, and not great. The previous two mornings, they were cooked fresh, a lovely full English, plenty of toast, etc fruit juices, and great friendly service from the girls. Again, it was our fault, but it was my only gripe about an otherwise excellent stay!

We have just arrived home from a nice trip to Blackpool and we stayed at this gem of a hotel, we arrived a couple of hours before due to check in but parked up in the allocated car park next door which was only £5 ( Bargain), we asked if we could leave the car as we wanted to explore Blackpool before checking in and this was no problem at all. The location is perfect a short walk away from the sea front and not too far from all the major attractions. There is a Home bargains opposite the Hotel if you need any snacks or forget any essentials. Upon checking in we was asked what we would like for Breakfast and was offered extra Sausage & Bacon which was very kind, Our room was on the 2nd floor, The room was very clean although a little dated but very spacious and quiet on the night. Plenty of Tea, Coffee and Biscuits provided in room, Breakfast was amazing and the owner was lovely as was all the staff we met, we had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again in the future.

What a little gem! Just off the main Promenade & a short walk to the iconic Blackpool Tower, which you can see from some front upstairs rooms. The breakfasts are plentiful & full of flavour. However, it's the superb staff who made the stay here so welcoming & relaxing. This hotel embodies the ethic of true customer service... & at such fantastic prices! Hop on down to Hopton! You'll love it!

Nice little hotel just off Manchester Square , friendly staff and good breakfast. Bed was a little uncomfortable and creaky in my room and the room on the second floor was a bit dark during the day not helped by the double glazed windows having condensation as in a lot of the hotel . This was also the case when I stayed there a couple of years previous. The shower was very good and modern although the separate toilet room and the furniture in the room was dated. Needs modernising but was good value for the price I paid. Large lounge with a pool table and arcade machines and a small bar .

Very clean rooms. Well presented. Staff are very helpful and always on hand. Best to contact in advance for parking but can arrange when you arrive if needed. Breakfast is very good and they will accommidate most requests. About 10 mins walk into main Centre but well worth the money.

The breakfast in the photo was a requested one as the original offered was far too big ! Tomatoes mushrooms fried bread egg beans sausage blakpudding toast They also had a variety of cereals jams orange juice and apple. A beautiful, welcoming and cosy reception adorned with photos and memorabilia an empty room filled with the comfort of memories and moments on the walls. The staff were amazing, friendly and above helpful with requests of new towels and extra condiments for the tea set up in the room. The room was impeccable. Beautifully simple and extremely clean. Small TV and shower and toilet ensuite again impeccable. The breakfast was delicious and generous and again forgive my limited vocabulary but it was so clean the food was not greasy or heavy. Also very attentive ensuring you have plenty of toast and tea with you meal. Would highly recommend and can not wait to go back. It is not far from the sea front at all 10 minute walk and its right ontop of the old tram station and there is a home bargains straight over the road. At night there was no noise pollution that wasnt normal such as fans and such. It really was happiness.
